Fowl Laryngotracheitis is an acute disease of chickens characterized by coughing, gasping and expectoration of bloody exudate. Laryngotracheitis (LT) virus is a serious, worldwide disease problem in highly concentrated poultry producing areas. The ProFLOK® LT ELISA Kit is a rapid serologic test for the detection of LT antibody in chicken serum samples. It was developed primarily to aid in the detection of pre- and post-vaccination LT antibody levels in chickens.
