Santos Blanket Engineering

ISB has successfully completed to Review of Existing Process Simulation report including multidiscipline documents and Study New liquid handling facilities to be develop at Grati ORF as per CTR propose to COMPANY.
ISB Scope of Work is also FEED engineering work for Onshore Receiving Facilities at Grati, Pasuruan, East Java. Four Finger type slug catcher is modified at the OPF to allow new liquids ( condensates and water) from the existing Offshore FPSO and Oyong Platform.

24" Subsea Pipeline Engineering Services for Muarakarang FSRU Project

ISB is currently executing Pipeline Installation Engineering for NUSANTARA REGAS FSRU ( Floating Storage Regasification Unit) located at Muarakarang, North Jakarta including :
Stability analysis of the pipelay barge
Pipelay analysis during initiation, normay lay, termination, abandon and recovery
Pipelay barge mooring analysis during initiation, normay lay, termination, abandon and recovery
Transportation analysis and stability analysis for material barge
Above water tie in analysis, Riser and spool installation& Shore pull analysis

Project Experience :
Provision of General Project Engineering Service for STAR ENERGY ( KAKAP) Ltd

Star Energy ( Kakap) Ltd. ( Company) Currently is producing oil from four platforms KH, KF, KG and KRA and five sub sea wells. Oil is produced and shipped to the Kakap Natuna FPSO for storage and export via tankers.The Kakap Gas Compression facility which consist of gas gathering, treatment andcompression facilities on the existing KH, KRA and KF Platforms through two infield pipelines to export gas to Singapore via the WNTS pipeline is in operation since 2001.
ISB has successfullycompleted to tie in of KG gas fields into the system, providing KF Gas Booster System for lowering suction pressure of incoming gas supply, production system evaluation, process plant optimization, improvement facility/ modifications to existing facilities for increasing facilities reliability & integrity, and facilities for Water Injection Application in KF Field.
