1. South Kalimantan
2. Minimally the Area of the Land 200 HA.
3. Calorie 5800 - 7000 kcal/kg (ADB)- ROM COAL, Sulphur 1 % (ARB) max.
4. Minimal KP Exploration permission as well as KP Exploitations (and licensse the Transport and the Sale of coal).
5. The port contained the minimal capacity 5500 Mt.
6. KP permission was still being active and was not having the problem with the other side.
7. Give the official letter, explained that the coal land that in offered could be responbility.
