We, World Vitamin, ship whereever you live in the islands ( Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Irian Jaya ) we will charge you a flat Rp. 450.000 for shipping and handling for any orders from Rp. 7.500.000 to Rp. 19.999.000.
If your order comes to more than Rp. 19.999.000 you will qualify for FREE shipping.

How is My Order Sent?
Your order is dispatched using TIKI, JNE, 4848 ( Bandung only ) and Post Office priority airmail.
When will My Order Arrive?
The delivery generally takes 2 to 3 days to arrive in the Jabodetabek and Bandung. Delivery then usually takes between 6 to 10 business days, outside Jabodetabek and Bandung, perhaps more days for delivery outside Java.

â € ¢ In Java delivery can regularly take 6 to 10 business days.
â € ¢ The rest of the islands ( Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Irian Jaya ) can vary between 10 - 20 business days.
Delivery can also be delayed in many islands in September through March due to the holidays and the rainy season ( the weather ) .
What if My order Goes Missing?

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after it is dispatched, please notify us. We will replace any lost order free of charge.
In most cases the replacement can be shipped after 15 business days, however in the case of some islands, or during holidays and rainy season periods we may need to allow another 7 days or so for delivery of the original order.
Can I Ship Using Special Courier?

The cost is Rp. 500.000 for orders less than Rp.2.500.000 and Rp. 450.000 for orders more Rp. 5.000.000.
