SUBJECT: " COMPANY PRESENTATIONâ Hereby we present in detail the company' s Cosmir, in order to guarantee a complete picture and give you the possibility of a real assessment of our company. 1.0 ORGANIZATION ACTIVITY The Cosmir born from the experience of an Italian company which carries on the same business for over twenty years in Europe. Currently the Cosmir is headquartered in Singapore and Indonesia, has been working for several years in the assembly and mechanical maintenance of industrial plants, manufacturing of components for the chemical industry, oil industry, steel production, food, paper and energy production. Its structure with its own staff and equipment to meet various needs, allows, thanks to the great flexibility and dynamism, to meet its commitments. The high qualification of our European and Asian workers, gained from practical experience and constant refresher courses technology, allow us a high qualitative standard. 2.0 POLICY FOR SAFETY AND PREVENTION The safety and the prevention of accidents at construction sites have taken a long time is very important, especially for companies that operate in high-risk sectors. The Cosmir Pte Ltd is committed to respecting the environment and protecting the health and safety of workers, to this end he obtained in Europe on the safety management system OHSAS 18001 relating to the activities carried out at its headquarters and at the construction site. 3.0 DESIGN The COSMIR Pte Ltd collaborates with skilled designers, with specific experience in the field and on the components that allow you to solve construction problems that occur in a short time. We are able to perform, with the use of computer system AutoCad design, for detail drawings, and assembly drawings, sketches of the pipes, the execution of reliefs and plants as well as provide the assistance requested by the customer. 4.0 PROCESSING PROVIDED The processes that the company Cosmir Pte Ltd is able to carry out are: - Construction and assembly of metal structures - Construction and installation of pipelines, conducted in various types of material - Construction and installation of pressure vessels, reactors, columns, etc.. We are able to realize various types of pipes, stainless steel, carbon steel, plastic materials of each diameter and material. The work includes installation of prefabricated sketches and installations of equipment on skid complete, construction and assembly of steel structures such as industrial buildings, prefabricated structures, stairs, walkways, pipe supports, lattice structures, chimneys, pipe-rack and bridges. The ability of the company is completed with the capacity building of industrial equipment such as tanks, reactors with heating coil, heat exchangers, sheet metal ducts, hoods, hoppers, silos, complete skid. We are able to perform work on the following materials AISI 304 L, 310, 316L, 321 and carbon steel ASTM A106, A333, A516 gr.60 and 70. 5.0 ACTIVITIES ASSEMBLY ON-SITE In addition to the workshop, the Cosmir offers an activity directly on site with the installation of metal structures, installation of equipment of various kinds and sizes, the assembly of prefabricated piping already. The construction work of the pipes that special conditions are not prefabricated, installation of instrumentation line, up to the testing and commissioning.
