Specification :
An Indonesian famous traditional food cake made from soybean, cut into square cubes sized approx. 4 cm by 4 cm. Coated by natural yellow colouring using turmeric and salt, which performed also as natural preservatives. A unique combination of all ingredients produces a soft inner textured cake with a good aroma from turmeric, yet flexible taste when cooked in various kind of cuisine. No chemical colouring or preservatives is used at all. Thus, preserves it's name as a healthy food with high protein.
